The system measures vibration in X, Y, and Z directions with a frequency range of 0.5–250 Hz. It is capable of monitoring velocities up to ±50 mm/s (±2 in/s) and accelerations up to ±4 g. Key metrics include Peak Particle Velocity (PPV), Peak Particle Acceleration (PPA), Peak Particle Velocity Spectrum (PVS), Vibration Dose Value (VDV), and Effective Vibration (Veff). The resolution is a remarkable 0.5 µm/s, and noise is minimized to 25 µm/s at 250 Hz BW. The device also uses FFT (Fast Fourier Transform) to determine dominant frequencies. The SWARM V2.2c is suitable for metric and imperial vibration measurement standards, making it versatile across different regions. It is equipped with a GPS receiver for accurate location tracking, boasting an accuracy of 10 meters CEP.
